Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for DeutschBoost subscriptions. The Service is operated by Aymane Naja, Maison Ibrahimi, Rue Abdellah Rajii 18, Casablanca, Maroc. If you have billing questions, contact support@deutschboost.com.

2. Payment Processor

Payments may be processed by Lemon Squeezy (merchant of record). This means Lemon Squeezy may handle payment collection, invoices/receipts, and applicable taxes at checkout, and may appear on your bank statement.

If you request a refund, it is typically issued back to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days once approved, though the time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

3. Subscriptions & Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, cancellation stops future renewals, and you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

4. Refund Eligibility

If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. We may deny refund requests in cases of abuse, fraud, or excessive repeated refund requests.

For renewal payments (recurring subscription charges), refunds are handled case-by-case. Please contact support and include the email address used at checkout and the approximate purchase date.

  • Refund requests must be submitted from the account holder or the purchaser.
  • If you cancel, you typically keep access until the end of the current paid period (unless a refund is granted and access is revoked).
  • Taxes (such as VAT/sales tax) may be refunded where applicable, depending on how the payment was processed.

5. EEA/UK Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK, you may have statutory rights (including a right of withdrawal in certain situations). In some cases, if you request immediate access to digital services, you may be asked to acknowledge that you want the service to start right away and that this may affect your withdrawal rights. This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

6. Trials

If a free trial is offered, you can cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Trial terms, if any, will be shown at checkout.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have a billing problem, contact support first so we can help. Chargebacks may result in immediate loss of access and account restrictions while the dispute is investigated.

8. How to Request a Refund

Email support@deutschboost.com with:

  • the email used at checkout
  • the date of purchase (approximate is fine)
  • the reason for the request (optional but helpful)

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
